The closing sale

Why is everything 70% off?
We are closing. What is on the site is the last production run we will ever make, and it is priced to leave the shelves rather than to sit on them. There is no restock behind it and prices will not drop further.

Will the prices drop again if I wait?
No. What you see is as low as it will go. Sizes run out instead.

Are the stock counts real?
Yes. When a size shows three left, there are three left. Once it goes, the listing goes with it.

Sizing

Do the shoes run true to size?
Yes. If you are between two sizes, take the smaller one - full-grain leather gives about half a size as it settles. The full conversion table is on our size guide.

I have a wide foot. What should I take?
Our lasts are a standard D width. The derbies and the boots have the most room thanks to the open lacing and the fuller last.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
Worldwide. Every order leaves with a tracking number, and you get it by email as soon as the parcel is collected.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery then depends on the destination - most parcels arrive within 5 to 12 working days.

Will I pay customs or duties?
Depending on your country, import duties may be charged on arrival. They are set by your customs authority, not by us.

Returns and warranty

Can I return them?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, from anywhere in the world, in unworn condition with the box.

Can I exchange for another size?
If the size is still in stock, yes. This is the final run, so a size may be gone by the time the exchange reaches us - in that case we refund.

What does the warranty cover?
One year against manufacturing defects, and our leather guarantee is honoured through the closure and after it.
