Every Valmere last is cut true to size. If you are between two sizes, take the smaller one - full-grain leather gives about half a size as it settles, and it never shrinks back.

How to measure your foot
- Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall, wearing the socks you would wear with the shoes.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe and measure from the wall to the mark.
- Measure both feet in the late afternoon, when they are at their largest, and use the longer one.
Width
Our lasts are cut to a standard D width. If you normally wear a wide fitting, the derbies and the boots have the most room - the open lacing and the fuller last take a higher instep comfortably.
If the size is wrong
You have 30 days to send them back from anywhere in the world, and we answer our own email through the closure. Exchanges depend on the size still existing - this is the final production run, so order the size you normally wear rather than waiting.
