How your new shoes should feel

A good fit should feel snug without pinching: the heel secure with no slipping, while the toe box allows a small amount of movement. This offers better support, reduces excessive movement, and promotes proper foot placement for comfort and stability.

After a few wears, the sole and upper will gradually conform to the shape of your feet, providing an even better fit.

Care

Rotate between wears and insert shoe trees after use to help retain shape and minimise creasing.
Use a shoe horn when putting them on, and take them off by hand rather than stepping out of them, to protect the heel.
Once dry, wipe the upper gently with a soft brush or cloth to remove dust and surface marks.
Protect the upper with a product suited to its material (a leather conditioner for smooth leather, a suede/nubuck protector spray for suede or nubuck) before first wear, and refresh periodically, especially after cleaning or exposure to moisture.
For scuffs or marks, use a cleaner suited to the upper material and avoid harsh liquid cleaners where possible.
Let the sole dry at room temperature if it becomes damp and keep away from direct heat sources.
If you expect frequent wear in wet conditions, consider a protective sole treatment for extra grip and added longevity.
Store your shoes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

The Fuentes takes the penny loafer and puts it on a lug sole. The top half stays formal, the bottom half is built for pavement, stairs and the walk from the station.

It is the loafer to reach for when the day involves more standing than sitting. Available in Black, Bordeaux, Brown, Oak and Tan.

Made from pull-up leather sourced from a Gold-Rated tannery in Arzignano, Italy, on a dual-density EVA lug sole, as specified for this model.

Every product page has its own size guide with EU, UK, US and centimetre conversions for that specific last. Trace your foot, measure heel to longest toe, and match it to the table. Most of our lace-ups fit large, so we usually recommend going half a size down. If you are between sizes, message us before ordering.
